I recommend this location for your imaging needs. The staff is very friendly and I feel that they really care about doing a good job. I moved a little during my MRI (so little that I didn't even notice), and my gal redid it because she wanted it to be perfect for the radiologist. That give me great confidence in their work. My x-ray technician was very pleasant, too.

Perfect experience at NSI. Super pleasant and competent staff from making the appointments on the phone, front desk associates to techs and anyone else involved not mentioned.We were so well taken care of. Myself and my 96 year old mom got the best treatment. Received results and disc copies so promptly. Thanks to the Doctors and staff. I couldn’t think of a better place to get a study done.

What a lovely experience!!! Funny thing to say about an MRI, but it’s true. The front desk staff was so helpful and even called me to come to an earlier available appointment without my request. Tasha and Kim were so very sweet and made me very comfortable. They were professional and efficient, everything ran right on time. The facility is clean and beautiful. Really hope to not need another MRI, but know where I will return if I do!

I needed an x-ray in a pinch because my doctor called and changed my appointment, on a Friday, moving it up a week to the following Monday. Kari at the front desk, was able to get my insurance approved and get me in for the imaging with no problem. Just kindness and grace! I think NSI is a preferred imaging center in our area, and the new office is in a beautiful location! I really like the patient portal and ease of leaving with your images. Thank You!

The front desk young lady that checked me in was very pleasant and efficient. The facility is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The adorable Halloween decorations were a nice touch as well. In regard to the MRI imaging process, I’m extremely claustrophobic and I was very nervous about it. I was hoping the headphones placed on my head by the technician would have helped ease my anxiety with some soft rock music to listen to during the scan. Unfortunately, no music ever came on and I was not able to contact the technician to let her know because she forgot to provide me with the squeeze ball communication device. The bottom line is my MRI imaging experience was very unsettling. If you are reading this review and have an upcoming scan booked my advice is to ask your technician to check your headphones to make sure the type of music you choose actually comes on. Also be sure you are given the communication squeeze ball, it’s comforting to know you have a way of communicating with your tech during the scan. Update: 1/9/24 - I just read your reply. If it helps, my appointment was on Oct 27th at 8:00 PM.
